Our family has been coming to Sterling Optical for over 10 years. They have handled the eye exams for all three of our children, including the often-difficult process of learning to use contact lenses. Even when it was a struggle and required multiple appointments to get it right, the staff was always incredibly professional and patient. While I am usually the one who brings the children, my wife went in today for our child’s eye exam. She was so impressed by the service and the overall experience that she called me immediately to tell me how great everything was. She specifically mentioned the excellent care provided by Suzette. I actually tried to call the store just now to say thank you, but Suzette didn’t pick up the phone. So, Suzette, because you didn't answer, I’m going public :) Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and for the exceptional service you’ve provided our family for more than 15 years. If you have children or are simply looking for phenomenal service, I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
