The best eye place in America. They're always so sweet and compassionate. The doctor is perfect at his job, and keeps the moments calm and funny. Me and my mom would never go anywhere different.

Incredible Customer Service! Fantastic experience from start to finish. Shopping for eye glasses on your own is not easy. Sean was so patient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He definitely went above and beyond to help me find the perfect readers and computer glasses, even assisting me with my insurance. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly sets Site For Eyes apart. Thank you, Sean.
I came here during a weekend in Napa, when I forgot to pack contacts. It was an emergency situation, and they came through for me. I’m so grateful for their wonderful service!
worse customer service. I walked in, wasnt even ackowleged, guy sitting at table couldnt be bothered to welcome me, get up from his chair or ask if i needed assistance. Girl in back never looked up from her desk. I was there to buy new frames and was offered no assistance or guidance. Would not recommend this location.
I had a very good experience during my visit to Site for Sore Eyes (Napa Valley). They have a great selection of frames and they helped me pick one that complimented my facial structure. After they put the prescription lenses in them, I noticed the height adjustment was a bit off. They insisted they didn't want me walking out of the store unless I was very happy. So, they fixed them for me immediately and even offered me a Starbucks coffee while waiting! Finally, I was quite pleased with the quality of service, workmanship and the frames were very comfortable. They must have also looked good because I received some nice compliments. Will definitely be going back for my next pair.
