He was rude, I was not the patient. The family I brought in was. He was belittling, the office was packed, no parking, the dr was so terrible. No patient bed side manner, if work didn’t make us see him we would NEVER have got to him.
He's a great doctor I will continue to go see him man and he make you feel comfortable and I like his conversations he be concerned about the patient
Dr. Braunstein gets 5 stars. He is an excellent doctor. Open to questions, detailed in his answers and friendly. His office can be crowded, his demeanor appears to be rushed, but his knowledge and treatment are worth the wait. His eye exams have always been spot on. Surprisingly, he accepts Medicare and Medicaid. Of course, I recommend using his services.

Before becoming a patient of Dr. Bronstein, I was a patient of his father. They have been the only two eye doctors I have ever had in my entire life and I am 58 years old. I would never trust my eyes in the hands of any other eye doctor. Dr. Bernstein is hands-down the best doctor. He needs no advertisement to pack his office every day. And because New Jersey is such a huge melting pot with many different cultures years ago he taught himself Spanish to accommodate the patients that come to see him once people become a patient of his they never leave. I could never thank him enough for protecting my eyes. He has always made himself available to me, especially when I need him. And make sure if you are going in for an annual check up that you may have to wait a couple of months before your appointment is given and that is because he is that great of a doctor. I’ve seen him take care of preschool children and I have seen him with patients well into their 90s. And over the decades, no matter where I have lived or moved to. I have always traveled back for this night. I’ve always lived in Hudson County, but I can find an eye doctor on almost any block. Dr Steven has A wonderful staff, they are pleasant and respectful, knowledgeable, and they also have been with him for many years From the bottom of my heart, I can never thank you enough!!
