I had been at behavioral health for over 24 years. Never an issue that I couldn’t deal with. Turnover was high, making you scramble looking for anyone who can write a prescription. Susan Herberg started and I thought this would work. Nope it did not work. After seeing her a little over a year I was sent a certified letter giving me the boot. No one in that office would tell me why. Right down to arguing with me. That would be the director as well. I called quality control and was told lies that Susan said about me. Mindy at quality control just argued with me telling me it would be better if I left. Susan was reckless with my meds and took the attitude position with me. I do NOT recommend Behavior Health at SCMC. They gossip and pretty much are there to collect a pay check. My recommendation is to find someone out of town, someone who has a brain. Just because you have a bunch of letters behind your name means nothing if your no good at your job.

I’ve had consistently positive experiences with Stevens Community Medical Center. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and very professional. What impressed me the most was how personal and attentive the staff were. They are handling everything kindly, quickly, and with great care, making me feel truly supported. I had several foot surgeries there with Rebecca DeHart. From check-in to follow-up, everyone I met was friendly, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile. It’s rare to find a clinic that feels both professional and personal, but they manage it beautifully. I’m grateful for the excellent care and highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking trustworthy, compassionate medical services.

I was in the ER recently and all the staff treated me so caring! Aaron RN and Dr Turner helped me tremendously! It's so amazing to have such a great facility so close to home! Dr Perkins is so great! Plus all the Dr's there! I've had multiple experiences with awesome care in the ER, Clinic, Nova care Physical Therapy, Lab, Xray, all nursing and Inpatient. I had an accident that kept me out of work for 4.5 years, I can't say enough good things about SCMC! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

This is the best hospital I've ever dealt with. I had both my knees replaced, one with the robotic assist and one before they got the new equipment. Big difference in my recovery time. The robotic assist surgery allowed me to bounce back twice as fast. The staff I dealt with were all very nice and helpful to me. I would definitely recommend if you need knee or hip surgery Dr Jay is very good at his job. I felt very uneasy about this procedure and he assured me and explained everything so well I felt I was in good hands. 👍

My general care practitioner is great. Her name is Cara Nachbor and I highly recommend her. She truly cares about making sure my needs are met and makes sure to give good follow up after appointments. I haven't had a negative experience with reception or anything else so far at this hospital. I also once had to make an urgent care trip due to a pilonidal cyst. I was promptly helped and had a positive experience with the surgeon they assigned me that day, and received good post treatment care in that case as well.
