Great doctor, Dr. Pham is very thorough and very nice and Dee who works up front, is the BEST person ever to help you find glasses that will look good on you for a long time!! I would not go anywhere else for my eyes or glasses!!!

A couple of cautions from my visit here on its operation. No to little concern on the doctor. 1. The staff there has a plastic folder of insurance information, but it didn't match with my vsp coverage. I had to ask check online again based on what I am seeing from my vsp to make sure my computer vision eyeglasses are covered. Before your visit, please make yourself fully aware of your coverage. 2. Please make sure if your order is processed correctly. Mine was done without transition lenses (which is covered by my insurance without additional cost, and I made it sure these features without additional cost to be added). Their suggestion was to drop my eyeglasses after their busy year end and let their lab do the work 5 to 7 working days. I am happy that I didn't throw away my old eye glasses, but this is not very comfortable experience.

Very happy with the service. Dr. Pham is very patient and thorough. She consulted with us to get my daughter night contacts and was very transparent and good through the whole process. She went through 3 sets of lenses to make sure my daughter had the perfect match and my daughter is able to see very well in high school and does not wear glasses at all. Highly recommend this service.

So unresponsive and very difficult to work with. They just hang up in the middle of the call and if u call back they don't respond. They told me it's end of the year, so they r busy. But when u are in the call it's not ok to hang up. The receptionist said she was checking availability, but after couple of minutes hung up. Inspire of trying multiple times, they wouldn't attend. Such poor service. Stay away. Review after 6 months: I made a big mistake of booking an appointment for my entire family and got our eyes tested and later ordered glasses. Overall we paid $500 (not including insurance), but totally wasted money. The glasses were such bad quality. I have been wearing glasses for close to 15 years and never had a broken nose pad until I got my glasses here. My husband has been wearing glasses for 30+ years and never had the protective coat on the lens peal (with few months). Its just hard to pay money for poor quality products. The optometrist was ok (not so good nor bad) at her service. Although I wouldn't recommend the optometrist for small kids (under 5). She said it was hard to get their eyes checked and dint do anything for my little one, but went ahead and charged us for the service. Overall not a great place with bad staff. There are tons of optometry around, so please save ur self from visiting here.

The Optometrist was rude. Blaming me for not “understood” the Information provided by the Front desk person. I’ve been told that I might be able to get colored contact lenses with my insurance. The doctor immediately says no, that I had to pay extra in a very rude way, she claimed I misunderstood the information provided. I asked her to called the front desk person. The optometrist keep the attitude with me and the front desk person. I ended up leaving the place and the front desk person was sorry for the whole mess. I would not recommend this place.
