The kindness, professionalism , and dedication of Dr. Stratton and staff at the clinic of Stratton Eyes make every appointment a pleasant experience. It is reassuring to know that our family is receiving care from a team that combines outstanding medical expertise with compassion and personal attention. We feel lucky to have them as our eye care provider and highly recommend them.
I've been going to them for years for my eye exams. But this last visit was eye opening as I received a bill because they decided to bill my insurance for a medical exam instead of my yearly eye exam through vsp. Due this this I was given a bill for the amount my insurance wouldn't cover. After back and forth calls with them, they claim no fault and I was stuck with a bill for something that should have been covered. Extremely disappointing. I would make sure you go over everything during checkout with them if you come, or you might be stuck paying for something your shouldn't have has to pay for.
Things went quickly and smooth, I was very impressed! I was greeted right when I came in by Jasmine, who was very nice during the entire check-in and check- out. Keep it up!
Best optometrist around d. So caring takes her time with you. Very reasonable, works with insurance. We would not go anywhere else.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Stratton Eyes with Dr. Kateryna Yusupov and her amazing team. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The entire process was incredibly efficient—everything was done in about 20 minutes—but at no point did I feel rushed. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. What really stands out is how consistent this level of care is. Many of my friends and family go to Stratton Eyes, and every single one of them shares the same experience: professional, kind, and truly patient-focused. It’s rare to find a practice that combines efficiency with such a personal touch, and I’m grateful to have found it. Highly recommend!
