Dr. Labiento Smith is really efficient and thorough -- I always feel like she's done a comprehensive exam. The lenses she ordered were by far the best I've ever had. Also, she has great taste in helping me pick out frames. Returning this year I was surprised to find out the 2 year old lenses were still under scratch warranty! Wish I'd read/remembered the details, as I bunged them up almost a year ago, could have had them replaced for a nominal processing charge. Looking forward to my new frames & updated Rx. Highly recommend!

Dr. L is the best optometrists I have ever tried. In the past, I was being checked by different specialists in chain stores but none of them could have done an equivalent, thorough and professional examination as here. I was found to have dry eye by Dr. L. She provided with professional and useful advice and I slowly got better. She is so kind and knowledgeable. She should be the go to if you have any eye issues. I really appreciate her help for these years.

Every single visit, I am interrupted mid sentence multiple times. Very cold to me and to the staff member working there, I feel for her. Multiple times I have arrived at the correct appointment time and was forced to wait at times 20-30 minutes for my scheduled appointment. I have gone here for years and never plan to come agin after so many appointments of leaving feeling interrupted, invalidated, talked down to, and more. Im an adult and it very difficult to sit through an appointment and just go silent after every sentence interrupted. I see other reviews of her treatment towards kids being not great. And if her treatment towards me as an adult affects me to this extent, I feel for those kids. Last time I have ever made a review for anywhere was years ago… after years of appointments feeling absolutely saddened and overwhelmed by the interactions here, I felt I have to warn others who want a warmer experience.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sudbury Eye Care and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with professionalism and care. Dr. Lorraine Labiento conducted a very thorough eye exam, explaining each step in a way that was easy to understand. I felt confident and trusted her expertise completely. What stood out most was the attention to detail, not just during the exam but also in helping me select the perfect pair of frames. She took the time to find options that were both flattering and functional.

I was referred to Dr. Labiento by a family friend, and was shocked by the quality of care she provided. She gave a more thorough exam than I had ever gotten, yet somehow also competed it faster. When helping me pick frames, she found a pair that I absolutely love, and she made sure they fit perfectly. I neglected to pick up my frames for over 3 weeks (I had been swamped that month with personal issues out of state) but she managed to schedule me for the next day, and was very understanding still! The care provided is better than other larger practices, but the prices are equal or lower!
