The only reason you guys are even getting two stars is because of the very nice morning staff, How clean it was , and because of my doctor who’s amazing and had great bedside manner. But the way I was treated by the afternoon nurses that came in after I got out of anesthesia is unacceptable. I have a chronic illness that makes my heart rate reacts severely to things, and it also makes me sensitive to medication. This was my first time at 25 being put under anesthesia so I was already nervous. Going into anesthesia I was treated very well like I said that morning nurses were amazing. When I woke up, I felt extremely sick like I had the flu. I was nauseous, disoriented, and weak. I couldn’t even walk . I started crying because I wanted to be transferred to the hospital because I felt that bad. Instead, one of the nurses took my IV out anyway, and she was so rough she ripped it out. The other nurse that was discharging me was telling the other nurses she has to get out and she yelled at my boyfriend for bringing in food for me because he wanted to make sure I had some food to eat since I had been fasting for more than 24 hours. He even Told me after I recovered that they were very rude so it’s not just me. No anti-nausea medication was given only a small sip of Gingerale. They did not transfer me to the ER even though I requested it and it wouldn’t have been an issue. It would’ve been as easy as leaving my Iv in and transferring me to a different part of the hospital. That was the whole point of me booking with the hospital so that if I had a bad reaction like I did, I could be transferred to the ER to be monitored and helped and actually given medication to help my nausea because it was awful like I had the stomach virus. When I got home, I couldn’t even walk we have stairs. I couldn’t even get up the stairs. My boyfriend had to carry me and I was so out of it and completely nauseous. I was about to go to the hospital, but I ended up falling asleep. I believe that if I have only the morning staff, I would come here again, but I would let them know what happened to me the first time I was here with the afternoon shift and make sure it doesn’t happen again because I will not tolerate it. Treat your patients better! Want to give a big shout out to my anesthesia team and also the morning shift nurses I don’t remember their names, but one of them looked like Scarlett Johansson, The other was a cute small blonde who was able to finally get my iv in, and the other was an older brunette lady with longer hair. Thank you!!

The staff was excellent. From the security guard at the front desk upon arriving at 8am. The Care team; Joanna, Alyssa RN Prep, Tracy, Tina, Carol and Brianna (OR team) and Lisa M (PACU). I received frequent updates about my husband's surgery. He was well taken care of, by a very professional staff. Thanks to all of you ladies, job well done.

I cannot recommend this surgical center enough. We had issues with the air conditioner the day of my surgery, which closed down all the operating rooms for about 2 hours. The staff worked fast to resolve the issues and my nurse kept me as updated as possible. I have to give a special review to my post-op nurse, Lisa G. She was kind, empathetic and extremely helpful. She made it so much easier after my surgery and helped me with everything I needed before I could go home. Thanks again!

The entire team was fabulous. Everyone from the front desk to leaving recovery was professional and friendly. Dr. Roth, the anesthesia team, and every nurse that cared for my son is greatly appreciated. Linda in preop was so gentle with my son. She took the time to explain everything and even came to check up on us while in recovery. Kim in pacu was extremely helpful and provided us with tips and tricks to care for our son after his procedure. I highly recommend this facility.
