Such a great experience. First time buying progressives, and they went through all of the considerations and options, with none of the usual sales-y tactics you find elsewhere. The staff and optometrist were incredibly friendly and patient. I will absolutely go here again and recommend it to others.
A very pleasant experience! I had an eye exam at noon and was seen immediately. Everyone was very kind and professional. I had a good time picking out new eyeglasses and I had them in my hands by 6pm that evening. And, best part, I can see! I should visit more often than once every 5 years. Highly recommend.
Truly recommend this place. Staff is amazing and respectful. I came with the my 80old father. He was treated very kindly, staff was respectful not pushing for expensive glasses. He was able to get affordable glasses and got top notch quality services from incredible ladies. Very patient, friendly, understanding toward the elderly. Truly professional.
I recently had an eye exam at Optical Warehouse of Greenpoint and the entire experience was very pleasant. The doctor along with the staff were very professional and courteous. I had a very comprehensive examination and I was happy with the outcome. It gave me peace of mind to know my eyes are in decent shape. I ordered a pair of reading glasses from them afterwards. Overall I’m very happy with the service I received. Highly recommended. Thanks OWOG!
I have been going there since 2012, I am always satisfied. The quality of the glasses is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.
