Just a suggestion. Once the customers is finished with the Dr. The staff it on the floor should grab the customer and their paperwork and go over benefits and insurance. This would be easier then just standing, pacing, or sitting waiting to know what happens next. Don't get me wrong Scott is amazing at what he does and takes customers as he sees them needing assistance but they're is no structure except for seeing the Dr.

There are no words to describe the absolutely outstanding service the team provided me and my son! I rarely walk out of a place this satisfied. All the kudos and stars to the team of two that provided such meticulous, sensible, professional service to my family. Hear, hear, for years to come! 💛
Dr. Caraballo was timely, knowledgeable, and made my experience getting fitted for contacts easy and stress free. The staff at SunCoast is also very helpful and happy to answer all your questions. This is my second appointment with SunCoast and I’m extremely satisfied with my experience.
Terrible experience! Came here about a month ago to get my glasses. Paid 106 USD for survey, and 145 for the glasses (had my own frame). They promised to deliver them in 7-10 days, but it took more than 15, after I called them several times. Since they didn’t arrive on time, I had to leave to Houston. Yesterday I have returned back home and checked the glasses. They were completely wrong and didn’t improve my ability to see, but made it even worse. Today I came here to return them and they don’t return the money that I paid for survey, cos as they say “it’s a service”, and they claim that the doctor “did the best”. I didn’t come there to buy the service and check if my eyes are bad. I already knew they are bad and wanted to solve that problem. On their side, to give me the most appropriate glasses, they need to check my eyes. And since I do not get any solution to my actual problem, why do I pay only to learn, that my eyes are bad?
This is my second visit to Suncoast Eyecare and I couldn't be happier! Dr. Schwartz is wonderful! Her knowledge, professionalism and compassion are beyond anything I have ever experienced! Thank you for all you do!
