Wow. Adriana, Ani, and Scott were stupendous. They had so much patience and walked me through everything. Id recommend this place to ANYONE. They are so sweet. The doctor was amazing. Great prices. Just pure good energy at this place. Seriously there to help you. The sweetest people ever and do not scam at all.
Scott was great! He reviewed the prescriptions and priced everything for me. He's knowledgeable and personable. Very easy to work with, felt like I was talking to a good friend :)
The customer service was phenomenal, I was able to pick out glasses efficiently even though there were so many options, and the office was very clean.
We've been customers at Visionworks in Naples since we moved here over ten years ago. The service has always been outstanding and we've never had a bad experience. Recently, I had broken the frames on a pair of glasses that I purchased from them a long time ago and they went out of their way to fix them for me. My wife returned to buy a new pair for my birthday and they came through with the best possible price. I stopped in to have them adjusted recently and they had me in and out within minutes. I highly recommend this business.
Im giving this location a 5 star because of the amazing employee I encountered. Adriana was a super sweet and helpful person when I came in with my grandma to shop for prescription glasses. She was very patient, helpful and with a big smile on her face which is not so common these days. We were very pleased and thankful with the great customer service she provided even to my 4 year old who also ended up purchasing sunglasses.
