This was my second visit with a 8-9 month gap in between; both visits were immaculate. I did not have a single issue at either visit. Dr. Sameer was possibly one of the best optometrists I have had. He was extremely informative and both trips I discovered something new about maintaining my eye health and correcting vision from previous poorly prescribed exams. Barbara was so nice and provided me with a felt case for my glasses! I highly recommend joining the club for the eye exams.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering contacts through America’s Best. I have been a loyal customer for 16 years, which makes this situation even more frustrating. I placed my order 10 days ago (yes, I’m aware business days) and still have no tracking information, shipping update, or clear answer as to when my contacts will arrive. While I understand that manufacturing delays can happen and may be outside of the store’s control, the complete lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I am almost out of contacts and asked if there was anything they could do to help in the meantime, such as providing a trial pair close to my prescription until my order ships. Instead, I was told to call around to other America’s Best locations and figure it out myself. To make matters worse, I was told a manager would call me back by the end of the day. After hearing nothing, I called back around 5 PM only to be told there was a “message” from the manager repeating the same information I had already received. No call, no solution, and no effort to help a customer who is running out of a medically necessary product. Ironically, after getting nowhere with the Howell Mill location, I called the Buford Highway location and Antonia was incredibly helpful. She was able to figure out a solution for me almost immediately and actually took the time to assist me. Her professionalism and willingness to help highlighted just how poor the customer service has been at the Howell Mill location. The lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability at Howell Mill is honestly unbelievable. This is not the first issue I’ve had with this company over the years, and once I finally receive these contacts, I will be taking my business elsewhere, finally. Save yourself the frustration, don’t waste your time or money here. Go ANYWHERE else.

The front desk team was efficient with check-in, and I didn’t feel like I was just another number being rushed through. The optometrist was thorough, patient, and explained everything in a way that made sense to me. They took the time to answer all my questions and gave me confidence that my eye health was a top priority. I appreciated that they didn’t pressure me into buying anything extra, but instead gave me honest recommendations tailored to my needs. When it came time to pick out glasses, the staff went above and beyond helping me find frames that not only fit well but also matched my style. They had a great selection, and the prices were very fair compared to other places I’ve been. The “two-pairs deal” really is a huge value, and I felt like I left with both quality and affordability. Overall, the whole process, from the exam to choosing glasses, was smooth, professional, and stress-free. It’s rare these days to find a business that combines affordability, great customer service, and true care for their patients, but America’s Best delivers on all three. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to my family and friends!

The Manager Terri and Octavia superb customer service, professionalism, and patience is the reason why i only come to them for my eye care services. The energy is always welcoming and out of my 30 plus years of going to different eye care companies they have become my home from here on out. Try them out-you wont be disappointed.
