It was a great experience with tele optometry doctor. He was very attentive and thorough. The Office Manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. The office assistants were very patient with me making sure my glasses fit properly. This is the best I have received since I have been coming here the past 15 years. Thank you SVS Vision of Wayne!
Spoke to Kim Dickerson who is the "office/General" manager at this location. I am trying to get records of all my daughters visits to SVS and since the doctor left they take all rights to the patients history. Trying to ask questions and she over speaks you so you can't ask the question. She talks to me like I am not competent of knowing things. I will not be going to this location. When I asked for her supervisors number I was given a general 800 number and not a direct office number to another Kim Knolls. I will GLADLY take my services elsewhere.
I called at 5:22 to make an appointment. The person left me on hold until 6p when they closed the call just hung up. Very unprofessional. I wanted to go to the one on wayne cause it's closer to my house. I'll go back to the one in southgate. They know how to treat their customers!!!!!
I was literally just robbed at this store. Stellantis workers make sure they cover your plant first. I was given contradictory information from staff at this location. I was told I would have to pay out of pocket for an eye exam. $70 dollars. Then they tell me after my exam they don't cover my plant for safety glasses. Another store does. I would have to pay out of pocket full price. Why wasn't this disclosed to me when I made my appointment when I walked in. When I talked to the representative as well as the secretary prior to taking this exam. No one is on the same page at this location. Please avoid. Andre Matthews
Doctor was nice and good choice of glasses. No 5 stars because of the price of glasses in here.i would eventually like to check out a competitor in the future.im overall satisfied.
