The ladies at the 12 mile John R location were the most professional I've ever seen in my years of optometry. They were kind polite and when I had a situation with my glasses they were very accommodating of my needs. I will always recommend anyone to This location. And I also would like to send a thank you to the Eye examination Dr. Thank you for allowing me to see again!

Wonderful customer service! All the ladies are happy, smiling, and welcoming. I had purchased my glasses earlier last year and took my husband in today to exchange his frames. It was an extremely smooth transition with a dedicated team! Very clean store as well!! Thanks ladies!!!

Back early May, my daughter had an appointment at the 12 Mile John R store, once the glasses came in and they were adjusted, my daughter continued to complain about sores behind her ears and sliding, and then went to the 12 Mile Mound store where they suggested a Wire frame, however no one at the 12 Mile Mound store knew how to adjust the wire frames that were selected, they created sores behind her ears and didn't slide, they would slide once the arms were adjusted, she then went back to 12 Mile John R store where the optician suggested larger nose pieces, fixed the arms and for a week now, my daughter is completely happy. It took 6 weeks, but we are now very satisfied with the 12 Mile and John R store and the service they provided.

I had the best experience here. I stopped in without an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in for an exam. I was extremely impressed by how sincere and friendly the whole staff was. Thank you so much. I truly appreciate all of you.

Came in for an adjustment on my new glasses I got from another location. Both front staff were super friendly, and Jennifer was incredibly talented at the adjustment! I am not joking when I say she spent 30 seconds looking at my glasses, did one round of tweaks and BAM they were perfect! Absolutely blown away by her skills! 10/5 stars, I recommend this location!
