SVS Vision

The ladies at this SVS Southfield location are awesome! Stephanie was my optical specialist and she was beyond amazing! She was very patient, informative, professional, and kind! All of the ladies in the office made my experience magical!! This is my first pair of prescription glasses, and they all made me feel special! Sorry I don’t remember their names, but they all should respectfully be acknowledged for their positive representation! Thank you! Phae West

Got glasses here for my grand daughter 2weeks ago. The young lady was very kind and professional! Picked up the glasses today and an older lady with a hip issue, black glasses and a back bun finally waited on us. Was courteous at first, but I noticed she gave us no wiping cloth with the glasses my nine year-old granddaughter received. We used Medicaid so the glasses were no cost to us. All glasses come with a cleaning cloth!!! The small office had all the employees with a customer except the lady with the hip issue. I ask for the cleaning cloth and the woman replied “that was for people who pay so she would have to charge me $5 or more!!! She embarrassed me out loud and people stared. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND STUPID OF HER. THEY LOST MY BUSINESS AS WELL AS MY DAUGHTERS! OK I will buy her a cleaning cloth across the street at OPTUM EYES.

I always love the customer service, everyone is very nice and professional. Service is always in a timely manner. Carmen is amazing with helping select new frames and figuring out pricing thats fits well within my budget. Stephanie is amazing as well and very helpful. The negative would be the amount of robo calls and reminders, it was a bit excessive. Within the past week I received at least 4 phone calls, 2 text messages, and emails for confirmation and appointment reminders. It was simply too much!

Staff is very nice, welcoming and respectful. Carmen gave me excellent service and made sure i knew about all of the deals available to me to get all of the perks I could on my purchase! Def would come back

I had an amazing experience at Svs this morning. The office was busy but with patience you will have a pleasant experience greeted by Ms.Needra with the wonderful smile and pleasant demeanor made check in a breeze my optimologist was great and reassured me ive been taking great care of my eyes and to continue on that path. Then lastly Cynthia was great with helping me to pick out glasses that fit my face with having a full face glasses can be hit or me. Cynthia is always pleasant handles each customer with care and concern with her the office runs like a well oiled machine.
