After trying a couple of other places, this shop was by far the best. The lady who helped me was so kind and professional. She easily handled my factory benefits and made sure I got the safety glasses I needed. I received my glasses today and couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank you!
ms shelly is deplorable..! had to get intervention from the manager just to assist with my ' pd value ' .., which everyone here from the phone call to the representative that told me to come and get it checked... didn't even ask me to have a seat ..! very very disrespectful!!! we as black men have the worst time getting any type of assistance from black women unqualified in customer representation that intervention is required..! if this location carried the meta a.i. glasses that I wanted then i would have purchased them here.., but since you dont that was the need for my request for ' pd value ' ... next time will go to a much more reputable facility where customers are valued and carry the eyewear im request!! the dr was exceptional and even the manager was tolerable to a certain level ... why sell the product if your unaware of the process meta has setup for prescription glasses ( the A.I. version )
Their glasses fall apart after 3 months. I was goibg here fir the last 7 years or so, and theselection is getting wirse and worse every year. Last 2 years ny glasses came completely apart at the joints. After i just paid 350 for the glasses, they expect me to payvanother 150 for repair! After 3 mos! No warranty either. This is how they treat a longtine customer. Ill never go there again after thus 2nd time happening. Cheap china slop glasses
All the staff here are very nice. Huge shoutout to Theonie, she’s the very best! I just love her warm and welcoming personality. She helps me every time I get my new glasses, I only request her to assist me. She’s very knowledgeable, and detailed from me choosing my frames to breaking down the costs from my insurance to my out of pocket costs. Come and see her, she’s the best! Thank you theonie☺️💕
Overall the staff was friendly and tried to help, but the process was more frustrating than expected. I was originally told my glasses would take 7–10 days, with a rush order put in it could've been 2-4 days, but they ended up taking 14 because their lab had an equipment issue. The only other issue was that I requested the glasses be sent to the Northville location for pickup, but they were shipped to the Warren store instead. Not a terrible experience, but I hope communication and order handling improve.
