I had an excellent experience at the Shelby Township location! My son had his eye exam and was fitted for new glasses, and the entire staff was amazing from the moment we walked in. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, patient, and professional. They took the time to answer our questions and made sure my son felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Customer service like this is hard to find, and it truly made a difference. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit such a positive experience. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eye care!

My Husband and I were desperately in need of new glasses, We decided to go to SVS Vision at 52799 Hayes rd. Shelby twp, Mi The manager Linda was amazing, The staff and doctor also a reflection of leadership, Linda Vranish. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable about the products as well as professional. special recognition to Dr. Hemmer, and as well Wendy. Just wanted to let them know much we really appreciate their help. Recent visit to SVS where I was assisted by Desiree. I would highly recommend the location and Desiree to assist you. She was friendly, honest, and provided great service!

Desiree was extremely helpful. She listened to what we wanted and gave us her honest opinion when trying on different frames. We purchased two sets of glasses. Would recommend SVS and Desiree and Nicki both.

Update: Tried to leave another review but for some reason can't. Been their twice both times amazing. They care so much about their customers and it shows. Desiree is amazing and will work with you and make sure your glasses are just perfect. She is amazing. For how many people they have coming in and going out they make you feel special and don't rush you out the door. They are happy to help and share their knowledge. Thanks again! Every single time I have visited here for years staff has been very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctors are great. The front desk lady. They know how to adjust glasses and answer any and all questions. They always have a big selection.
