From the moment I walked in, I truly felt important. The entire experience—from check-in to checkout—was seamless, and the exam with Dr. Yee was just as smooth and reassuring. I’ve been putting off multifocal contact lenses for six years because I’ve never been properly fitted… until now. On the very first try, Dr. Yee got it exactly right. I am over the moon excited to finally be able to see clearly at all distances—far away, at the computer, and up close! If you wear contacts and are considering multifocals (or even regular lenses), I cannot recommend Dr. Yee enough. Absolutely life-changing experience!

Once again my first time experience was a great one but this time for 🦺 Safety prescription glasses 🕶️. Jenna was very kind but the lady inside who took care of me was a true MVP for me today. I paid way more than I wanted but I have expensive taste.

Trying to get an appointment has been frustrating. I get phone calls all the time I answer it’s automated and to call a number. I call number has to leave a voicemail and never get a call back. I’m about to find a new place even though I have loved the customer service in the past!

They won’t listen to what insurance you want to use still like to try to overcharge you and use the highest price insurance. I wouldn’t recommend going there for overpriced glasses. Even replacements there’s other better places to go and less rude receptionist That Way better and prices with insurances

The optometrist (Indian lady) was excellent. She listened to me and didn't gaslight me like many doctors gave done. The people at the desk (Zoe and Grant) were also excellent. I am on Medicaid, and Zoe knew all the ins and outs of what it paid and didn't. Grant went the extra mile to offer to call me when they got notifed of when they would start to take my insurance plan.
