I had a great experience here, very friendly employees and an amazing doctor and doctor assistant, they helped me find what really fits my face, unfortunately $700 for one pair of glasses on the “cheap” side is a little pricey - no fault of the employees! The retina imaging was a great add on I will do again for preventative measures, and now I know what frames I do prefer for ordering! - they actually called me to let me know the lenses I picked was why it was also a bit more expensive, very kind man called me to assist me with the refund!

Absolutely fantastic service - I can't say enough about the genuine care and attentiveness of this crew. You won't find more resourceful and knowledgeable eyewear and care specialist anywhere else in Michigan. Hand down, 10 out 10. My new and favorite choice for all my optical needs. Dylan and Nia were awesome and very welcoming. Dylan helped me customize my frames that were tailored to my needs and he was super helpful with my indecisiveness. I love how comfortable he is with us clients and super informative adding an extra level of expertise! Nia helped me with my appointment scheduling and also helped with choosing which frames were right for me.

Went up here to get my PD distance for my eyes, Dylan was very helpful with explaining the numbers and how to tell my eyeglass supplier the distance and numbers He went the extra mile by helping me out with my shades, as one of the hinges were loose. He was able to tighten it back up, and didn't charge me for the PD distance or eyeglass arm tightening This was very generous of him as I really needed the PD, and for him to go out of the way to do that really made me consider getting everything done here at this location!
