I had the best experience with the staff! My experience with Porsha and Jose was such a good. I saw the doctor on Wednesday of last week and my glasses were ready in a week. Customer service was great and SVS needs hire more staff like those 2. I will recommend and be a customer as long as they are employed by SVS.
After having a not so great experience at another SVS location, I went to the Troy location where the manager Porshia took very good care of me! She was patient and went out of her way to call various SVS stores to find the frame I was looking for. This was a superior customer service experience!
A ripp off place!! They were supposed to refund me $93 but instead I was refunded just $12!!! And no matter how much I tried to ask them my money back and telling them they had confirmed me that they will refund me that amount, they kept telling that is what their "system" is telling them to charge!!! A REALLY RIP OFF PLACE... When they quote you for something, they are supposed to charge you exactly that amount. And I asked them several times that if I do a downgrade, will I be refunded the difference and they told me yes, but then they didn't!! You should get the things in writing with these people, otherwise they will deny what they have told you!!!
gave me an incredibly wrong prescription. Almost had me pay an extra $100 for bifocals i didn't need. Left me having to pay for an exam at a different eye doctor as i didn't believe him, only to find out the 2 perceptions i've gotten from SVS vision (two seperate locations) are incredibly off. A waste of time and your money. I luckily got a refund for the 300 glasses i got there but not the money for the exams
This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had at a medical facility. My son and I arrived at 10:53 AM for a 10:45 appointment—one minute past the grace period—and were still denied service, despite an empty waiting room. The staff member showed no courtesy, flexibility, or concern for patient care. Her attitude was unnecessarily harsh and reflects poorly on the SVS Center. Patients deserve better than this level of treatment.
