SVS Vision

I had an amazing experience at SVS vision. April was awesome in picking out the best frames for my face. Robin and Julie were also so helpful and kind. This is one of the best SVS stores I’ve been to. Highly recommend.

I had an incredibly unprofessional experience at this location. When I first visited in February to pick out frames, the associate, April, was consistently distracted by her personal cell phone. She repeatedly walked away from me during the selection process to attend to family affairs, leaving me unassisted and feeling unwelcome. ​She eventually verified my insurance and told me my prescription (CN B CN 103) would be ready in two weeks. However, four weeks went by without a single update. When I called to check the status, the manager was very unprofessional and claimed they had been trying to reach me regarding "unverified insurance." This was false—no calls or voicemails were ever received. The manager, Robyn, even claimed they tried to call me in January, which is impossible as I didn't even set foot in the store until February. ​The lack of customer service, the constant personal distractions by staff, and the blatant misinformation regarding my insurance and communication history were deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this location and do not plan to return. Update: The district manager reached out. She was very kind and ensured me that this type of service is unacceptable and staff will receive proper coaching. I appreciated the prompt concern and level of attention and concern I had. She also ensured I was taken care at another location I had gone to. Thank you. Review edited from zero to three stars for the DM stepping in.

Terrible customer service. They give you the vibe that you’re inconveniencing them. Julia, the lady that I saw, really didn’t seem to want to be there. She doesn’t want to go over the options with you, it was a take it or leave it kind of deal. Same service over the phone. This place used to be great. Go elsewhere guys.

Brianna was friendly, nice and helpful to place order for a pair of prescription glasses. This SVS has a large collection of frames.

Exactly what you want in an eye doctor/eye glasses place. In and out. Got a better exam then I did 2 + years ago (I knew that old place rushed it in a bad way.. the prescription just always felt off and gave me headaches when I’d wear or not wear them even.) This place was thorough but fast I was in and out, my glasses were ready in 2 days!!!! It was so fast.. and my prescription is spot on. Clear as day. Very happy will return here for future appointments.
