The eye doctor there is so soft spoken an gentle. My kids absolutely love her. Such a quick appointment. Really great patient care. Ive never been to a better spot. Thanks svs
I would go anywhere but here. I waited over a month for appointment for my daughter. I get a call the day before that they have to cancel it because apparently their doctor called I don’t believe that because they tried calling me on Thursday to have Me move my appointment to Friday I think no one wanted to come in on Saturday and unfortunately, they decided to cancel my daughter’s appointment That we have been waiting for! At the end of the day, my daughter is the one that has to suffer for very unprofessionalism ! I couldn’t imagine Having one job and not being able to do it! Very unprofessional!!!!! Especially because I’m a single mom who already paid a babysitter for tomorrow. Again, at the end of the day, my daughter is the one that suffers not the employees that aren’t doing their job!
The appointment itself was fine, but I'm very frustrated because I scheduled my appointment for 9:30am and my husband's for 10am. When the appointment was confirmed it was confirmed for 9:30am and 10:30am. I didn't realize the error until we got there. My husband has an email that said his appointment was scheduled for 10am. This was frustrating because I scheduled back to back appointments because we have two small children. I understand there being a wait time but the rescheduling without my notice and others being scheduled for that time instead was very frustrating and disappointing. I hope this was just a computer error and not done purposely. I want to bring it to their attention though either way because this was again, very frustrating. In the future I'll be making sure appointment times are confirmed correctly.
I have been going to SVS Vision in Belleville for over 4 years. I will never go anywhere else. The staff are welcoming, professional, courteous, kind and very competent. Ashawntay is awesome! She is extremely knowledgeable and will assist choosing an outstanding pair of frames. She will make sure you look good and that your precription will fit the frame of your choice. Thank you SVS
The staff was just great Adrienne had a tough time popping my replacement lenses into the frame but she just kept going until it fitted. I really do appreciate her!
