Swan City Eye Care

I had an amazing experience at Swan City Eye Care! Dr. Alexander Garibay and his team are have amazing customer service and were very thorough with the eye examinations. He and his assistant made sure to answer any and all of my questions and concerns. I am so sorry if I don’t name you all individually I forgot to get each one of your names. All of you are great!!! The whole team was very nice and helpful. Their customer service was impeccable. This was my first time going there and I felt like I had been going there for years, I felt right at home. Great job you guys, keep up the great work. I recommend anyone to go there for their eye care needs. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a great experience here! This was probably the cleanest office I’ve visited. The staff was kind and welcoming, the Dr. was also friendly and informative. We didn’t have to wait at all to be called in for our exam. I noticed they have a camera (Optos) that takes a better, wider photo of the back of your eye which is nice because my son tends to be a bit squirmy during exams, so the retinal photo helped capture a better view. I also noticed the Maui Jim display on my way out, which is a bonus because that is all I wear for sunglasses. Thank you!!

I've been working with Dr. Garibay for years now due to a specific eye condition and I will stay with him as long as I can. He's always professional, caring, understanding and always has the best attitude. He makes coming in for care easy and pleasant. The facility is absolutely amazing, its a calm, welcoming environment that I will highly recommend to anyone I know.

This is my first time to Swan City Eye Care. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. They offered me coffee or water a 1st for me at any Doctors office. Everything was clean and the piped in music was very relaxing. Dr.Garibay is a very pleasant young man and answered my questions and explained things to me in layman's terms. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

After moving to Lakeland a few months ago, I had to start picking new healthcare providers, which most will agree is an extensive process. I struck GOLD at Swan City Eye Care. I have received EXCEPTIONAL care from the staff. They have gone above and beyond to ensure I get the care I need. You are treated like family. They don't overbook so they can spend one-on-one time with you to listen and make sure you leave seeing a little better than when you came in. Fun fact about swans... they are known for their strength, longevity, and paternal instincts. Swan City checks the box on all three! Definitely a customer for life!
