I had a great experience at my eye appointment today. I arrived a little early, was quickly taken through paperwork and the color-vision test, and then moved right into the initial exam. The staff kept everything moving efficiently through the various imaging, pressure, scanning, and vision tests without ever making the visit feel rushed. Dr. (Jason) Works came in within just a few minutes and was excellent: friendly, thorough, and easy to talk to. He asked thoughtful questions, took the time to address mine, and gave genuinely helpful guidance on lenses, glasses, and a longer-term plan for corrective vision. He was professional and efficient, but still made the appointment feel personal. Checkout was equally smooth. From start to finish, the visit was the perfect length; I barely waited at any point, felt heard, and left with clear answers. Very appreciative of such a well-run office.
