Above the bar of excellentce! So genuine , such smiles ,kindness, patience ,clarity , intelligence, experts in All arenas..from the moment u walk in, thru every process,( even sat down beside me while I filled out the forms,as those are difficult for me...). Such happy staff & the offices there have such ambiance.The optometrist was a highly educated ,beautiful person, uplifting spirit.. brilliant...took The Time to Explain the findings...Truly, exemplary of what one hopes for when having an eye examination... They & the whole visit just made my day!

Our visit to Switalski Eye Care was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The staff was great, professional, and made me feel comfortable. But what made my day was Dr. Elizabeth Mathew. Her expertise and professionalism made the exam simply outstanding! She took the time to explain everything and to ensure that I understood what was going on throughout my time with her. I have been to many optometrists, but Dr. Mathew and her team were OUTSTANDING! Dr.Elizabeth is Amazing, She explains details and takes her time. Her staff was also Amazing. Now vision works nextdoor to her was not a good experience after leaving such a positive appointment with Dr.Elizabeth and her staff. I do not RECOMMEND Vision works Nextdoor to her office at all.

Great place. Lots of tests for your eyes. Dr was great as well. Explained what my retina images showed and what we need to watch. We discussed my prescription that the machines determined. After doing the better or worse shindig, and then talking about issues I've been having along with what my previous 2 pairs of glasses rx were, we came to an rx to help my eyes. I looked at the paper on my way home after going to pick out frames next door. I thought a mistake might have been made as the rx was different than what we agreed it needed to be. I tried calling but the number didn't work. So, I had to go back and have them confirm it was or wasn't a mistake. They had the dr confirm it's correct. I do recommend their phone issue get resolved so patients can call them or return calls, etc. I'm excited to get my new glasses in to get relief from nearly daily headaches and frequent ocular migraines. I hope the rx she picked will work for me.

I always feel very welcome when coming through the door, to screening, then to being seen by an amazing doctor. What a way to feel respected, heard, and appreciated. There is no mistake in having your eyes checked by the best.
