Huge shout out to Dr Heather and her team for their very professional customer service from the time you walk in , all the different tests as well as the level of information you are provided on the health condition of your eyes both internally and externally. Fantastic service and outstanding value from all the tests conducted.
My visit with Dr. Heather Caton was truly exceptional. She was kind, thorough, and incredibly attentive—taking the time to carefully examine my eyes and address every concern with clarity and expertise. I felt genuinely cared for and confident in her knowledge. Her bedside manner is outstanding, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking top-quality eye care.
If I could give ten stars, I would. Dr. Caton is the best. We had a great experience today with my eye exam and my three kids. She was able to adapt the eye exam at every level for my nonverbal son and had no problem letting him lead the way for what was comfortable for him. She was patient, kind and extremely informative. Thank you for a great appointment today! The front office staff was also great to work with!
Smooth process from start to finish. Dr. Caton is the best eye Dr I’ve had so far. She’s very informative, kind and communicates extremely well. The front desk staff was very nice as well. Office was clean and nice. I’d definitely recommend coming here.
Dr. Caton was great. Very clear and efficient explanations. Belky interrupted her lunch to go back and assist me after I was a bit late. She was super kind, knowledgable and went above and beyond to provide best in class customer survice. Thank you
