Last year my daughter got glasses here . Today I called to check how much it would be to get new frames. The lady was rude “ Lily” I couldn’t hear the first part she said when she answered . I said sorry I couldn’t hear the first part after that she seemed annoyed and said what can I help you with and the rest of the conversation you could tell she just wanted to hang up. Not really help. 10/10 recommend for the optometrist though . She is so sweet and very knowledgeable!
I have been going to optometrist for over 20 years now. Always got my glasses and everything has been fine. I heard of this spot through a friend. I have been to most of the doctors in Valencia. I think I finally found my optometrist. My eye exam was very thorough and I was even told have previous damage to one eye that no other doctor has caught or informed me about. I got a good deal on some glasses that I have wanted for a while now and they actually had the Gucci ones in stock.

Marco Rios was very helpful and answered my questions. He was able to help me purchase a new pair of lenses and assist with using my old frames as a back up to match the new prescription to the old pair.
