I had an outstanding experience with Synoptics from start to finish. The customer service associate was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive—scheduling and follow-up was seamless. The office itself is modern, welcoming, and efficiently run, which immediately puts you at ease. Most importantly, Dr. Randa Djabri was absolutely delightful—warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire visit feel personalized and unrushed. What really stood out was the level of care and attention to detail throughout the entire experience. It’s clear this practice takes pride in delivering top-tier service. Highly recommend Synoptics—and especially Dr. Djabri—to anyone looking for exceptional care and a truly patient-focused approach.

Dr. Randa Djabri is the best Optometrist I have ever had! Her shop, Sun-optic Eye Care has a vast selection of frames. I first met her when I was getting my new frames and glasses. She is kind caring and patient. She is also brilliant! When I had a problem from cataract surgery and my surgeonwas unavailable. Dr. Randa made time to see me and got me in right away! She knew just what I needed! She checked my eyes and gave me the prescription I needed to avoid having damage and pain to my eyes. Her staff was also very helpful and friendly! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Absolutely over the top service provided by Syn-Optic, and especially Dr. DJabri. She is very compassionate about her work, and fully explains all options available, not pushy with sales or products which I find at most vision centers. I went oringally for a lens exam purchasing a Groupon, which I am sooo glad that I did often times purchasing Groupons doesn;t always mean gettting the most bang for your buck. That is not the case in this situation, I will be going to Dr. Djabri for many many years to come! She fitted me with lenses that actually give me perfect vision which I have a difficulty upclose and far with astigmatism. The year supply is a great deal with the lens, and the order through her directly was seamless and super fast, I couldn't even get my lenses on line due to backorder...she really came through for me. I have now ordered my glasses with her too! The location is great, easy to get to and parking at the door basically...very modern and super clean/sanitized just a lovely setting without the feel of pushy sales or sales people. Thank you Dr!!!!

I did some background research on a list of eye doctors which my insurance provided and when I looked at Synoptic Eye Care and the doctor's education and credentials I was sure she would be able to help me. When I arrived, I was impressed with the layout and comfort of the offices and as a happy customer was leaving, the woman spoke to me on her way out and said "you will love her she's the best." And so I did. Dr. Djabri was pleasant and attentively listened to my story. After a very thorough comprehensive eye exam she made some recommendations and put my mind at ease as to what I thought I was going to hear. I'm a crybaby about eye exams but this went very smoothly and I am certainly going to make eye exams an annual event. Definitely a five-star visit.

This is my second year bringing my son (he’s now 10) Dr. Randa is absolutely the best with the eye exams, she’s very patient and attentive, takes her time and makes the experience for him actually fun and nice. I highly recommend her.
