I did not have any vision troubles or any complaints with my vision. I went because my glasses had become too scratched and I wanted an upgrade on my frames. However, the optometrist did an exam and said I needed a new prescription. I had no problem with this and didn't think anything of it, I've never had trouble with a new prescription. I received my new glasses with the new prescription and wore them for months, however, I did not adjust well. The prescription was way too strong, the optometrist mentioned she made it stronger in anticipation of my eyes changing down the road. My head hurt, and my eyes were exhausted. It took me months to realized that my issues were coming from the glasses. As soon as I put on my old prescription, all my issues went away. I revisited her office and paid another fee to be readjusted. I totally trusted the process, she gave me a less intense prescription and sent me on my way. Warby Parker thankfully filled the updated prescription at no cost. I got the new glasses which I have again been wearing for months uninterrupted, but my eyes again, will not adjust. There is a constant tugging in my left eye, and I have constant headaches. I feel like I'm intoxicated all the time because my vision has such a hard time focusing now. Things that came into focus immediately now take so long to visualize. I am a photographer and it has been devastating to my career. It's been so draining on my mental health. It's been almost a year since my first visit and I'm out the time and money (over $600) as I purchased two new pairs of frames with this new prescription. I have been abroad for weeks on a job and as soon as I came home I put on my old frames - which I haven't done in 3 months and it was like a breath of fresh air. My brain finally relaxed, the eye tugging stopped, the dizziness faded. I'm now back at square one, wearing my old frames with scratched lenses . I would not recommend this place. I initially went in last Sept, almost a year ago, and the issues I've had at their expense have cost me my sanity and a significant amount of money while leaving me back at square 1.

I've been using Table Mountain Vision for over thirty years when Dr. Jackson was the owner. I was sad to learn that Dr. Jackson was retiring; however, Dr. Peterson is absolutely tremendous! she is so kind, patient and exceptionally knowledgeable. The team at Table Mountain Vision is top rate and their services are also top rate. The care and attention to detail that I receive with Table Mountain Vision is unsurpassed. I will never go to another optometrist.

They have all the newest gadgets to give you a thorough diagnostic work up and Dr Martin is very good at explaining what she is finding and takes a lot of time to answer your questions.
