Went to pick up my glasses during normal operating hours - Sunday at 2:30pm. The door was locked. No note or indication as to why. Guess I don’t get my glasses this week.

Had a great experience and service was outstanding... 100%. The team went out of their way to assist me on my first visit. I was in a major hurry and the team was able to review my eyes, get me in front of the eye doctor and perform all testing under 25 minutes. I went back to the location twice trying to pic the best looking frames that fits me and my lifestyle. The team helped me select the frame that worked best with lots of patience. Never once did I ever feel rushed or pressured to make a selection. I will be back and I highly recommend this location for all your eye needs. Scott. T

Have purchased over $4000 worth of glasses at this place for my wife and I in the past 2 years, bought every option when selecting my glasses. Lenses cracked, less than a year old, only thing the rep can say is you didn’t buy a warranty sorry. That’s fine, I’ll never purchase another pair from this place again. Glasses are way over priced here anyway and now horrible customer service, definitely will never come back

I am always thrilled when Celeste answers the phone at the Visionworks store in Tomball. Whether she assists me in person or over the phone, Celeste is always highly professional, expedient, and personable. I strongly recommend the Tomball location.
