Took my son here a couple years back with private insurance and they were heavenly. Call today to see about services for him again and the receptionist was revolted by our Medicaid status. I understand that it's a private practice and I honestly wasn't expecting them to accept our policy. But the sheer disgust and annoyance in her voice made it undeniably apparent that you are a leper if you have public aid. We've paid our dues, always carried top notch insurance via our employers but have had different circumstances in the last 2 years that resulted in Medicaid being our best option. I'm very disappointed in the lack of humanity and will never give this office my business again.
