I had a very good experience with Target Optical. The service was friendly from start to finish. The doctor was very personable and professional, and the sales staff was friendly, helpful, and took their time with me without making me feel rushed. The only reason I’m not giving a perfect rating is because there was a little misunderstanding regarding the lens options for my prescription. I specifically wanted the thinnest lens possible, but the salesman didn’t mention an option that was available for my correction. He felt the difference in thickness would be minimal, and I can understand his reasoning, but I was pretty firm about wanting the thinnest option available. It may have simply been an oversight, but I would have appreciated having all of the options explained upfront. That said, I called the next day, and Gwen was incredibly kind and helpful. She took the time to understand what I wanted and was able to get the lens option corrected for me. I really appreciated her willingness to make it right. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Target Optical. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I would absolutely come back again.
