I loved my experience here! Everyone is so nice and they treat you like family. They even took their time and helped me pick out a pair of glasses! They went above and beyond helping me navigate my new vision insurance. I love their selection of glasses and they have a very trendy assortment to choose from. I will definitely be coming back.
Today, I accompanied my 97-year-old father, a veteran of the Korean War, for a prism lens examination. He was attended to by Dr. Derk Massey, an optometrist. Dr. Massey delivered outstanding service to my father, ensuring he felt at ease throughout the process. Following the examination, our customer service representatives, Linda and Keith, provided us with exceptional assistance. As my father was feeling thirsty upon our arrival, Keith kindly went out and brought back a refreshing glass of water with ice for him. I would like to express my gratitude to Target Optical for employing such remarkable staff members.
I was nervous to try out a new eye doctor location but Keith took care of us! Keith was friendly upon arrival, made sure I got all my answers and that my glasses properly fit. The doctor was very nice and helpful as well. Thank you for everything!
I understand everyone has bad days and personal situations that prevent them from putting their best foot forward, but the service offered by Keith yesterday was unacceptable. He rolled his eyes at me.
