She took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find the perfect frames, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The staff and doctor are super friendly and attentive! Win was amazing in explaining my benefits and helping me decide between my work benefits and using the store benefits. I was able to get 50% off my frames and lenses. Compared to other offices, they have the lowest prices!

Kristine, Maria, Win, Jean, and Dr. Riffle are such an excellent team! I had concerns about my glasses being the wrong prescription, and they were very understanding and helpful. They made the whole process easy and smooth, and I was in and out quickly. Really appreciate how efficiently they handled everything!

I have a $600 pair of glasses that give me headaches and target optical at serramonte center flat out won’t fix this issue for me. Yes, I got my test there with their doctor. I chose glasses there and had them manufacture the glasses for me. Where has customer service gone. Where is the humanity in this world. I’ve worked hard manual labor my whole life. $600 isn’t chump change to me. And now I can’t see anything unless I want a headache.
