I booked an appointment and confirmed it multiple times via text and email. Despite this, they repeatedly contacted me while I was at work the day before. At 1:20 PM, they sent a final text confirming my appointment—only for me to show up the next day and be told it was canceled. Their reason? I confirmed via text instead of over the phone. Unprofessional communication and zero respect for their clients' time.
Props to Debbie, what a great employee. She helped me find 2 pair of glasses within 5 minutes and I am totally thrilled with the look, and she helped me get my best discounts through my insurance. Very good customer service! UPDATE So just had my glasses i was sUPER happy... Until now I can't see out of them. Apparently the expensive warranty they had me buy only covers the glasses not the lenses. This was not explained to me. Kinda pissed I spent 400 flipping dollars and now I can't wear my glasses anymore. Thanks target
Enrique was so patient...He handled everything from two separate insurance issues, an out of network issue, three walk in exams, and finding frames I can afford. The doctor was friendly but Enrique and Lidio we're great!
After going to the Target Optical on Bear Valley and the one on HWY 18, I finally found employees who come to work and are helpful. I was able to get my glasses picked out and ordered quickly. Staff was very friendly and professional.
I had an appointment on 5/27/26 , my visit was great , fast efficient exam from Dr . Ho , and Diana at the desk was very nice , and got me in and out , thank you five star service , Maria
