My review is for customer service. I have been coming to this place for over 10 years my son and I wear glasses/lenses however every time I call to make an appt it takes forever, always on hold for over 15 minutes, who ever pickup the phone is not friendly and not enjoying his job. Dr's in the clinic are the best and knowledgeable people but I am about to find another place since it's so hard to deal with customer service.

Easy and convenient to schedule an appt. I made the appt online on a Friday for the very next day on Saturday afternoon. Liane and Tin were excellent to help with picking out glasses and the fitting process. Dr Pan was very thorough during the eye exam and I loved how he explained the physiological aspect of the exam and his findings. Great experience! Lian and Tin were amazing help for me and my husband’s appts. They were both kind, patient, knowledgeable and personable. They made the whole experience wonderful.
