Great experience at Target Optical in Rancho Cucamonga! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The eye exam was thorough, and they made choosing glasses easy. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend this location.
Dr. Karen Thai was excellent! She was very attentive and made the whole experience very smooth and comfortable. Noemi next door at the area with all the pairs of glasses was also friendly and helpful! Overall great experience and heavily recommend, especially if you’re paying out of pocket as it is the best deal around! 💪🏼
Easy to schedule and I was seen right away. Optometrist, Dr. Quach, was amazing and thorough. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the appointment and she was knowledgeable. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Thank you!
Customer service is absolutely amazing here! Especially with Vanessa. She is very patient. I came here for my elderly uncle and she was so helpful and understanding! Definitely will be coming back. It's also very clean in here.
Absolutely horrible. If you can’t even get out of your chair to help someone go work somewhere that you don’t have to deal with real people. Glasses are cheap for price but match the quality (also cheap). Mad because I’m buying somewhere else so they don’t want to give me my prescription. This is what happens when big box stores become too big to fail.
