I had a great experience at Target Optical thanks to Franco. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Franco took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. His excellent customer service made the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping customers. I highly recommend asking for Franco if you visit Target Optical!

My family and I have been Target customers for MANY years and specifically TARGET OPTICAL since 2011 (in Florida, Utah and California) Definitely Mr Franco went above and beyond to meet our needs recently and is very savvy with all regulatory requirements in doing so We are thrilled to have his expertise to rely on (On a side note thank you to Erin for all of her assistance over the years and for connecting us to Mr Franco and continuing their excellent service) Do not hesitate to contact this location for a wonderful overall experience! Steve B. is the bees knees. I would recommend this target optometry very much. The Dr. was sick, sick like “rad” not sick like “ill”. Back to my boy Steve, super friendly and helpful, not to mention super funny. I’ve never gotten my eyes checked before, but it was pretty chill. The only thing is that glasses are damn expensive, but yknow that’s not Steve’s fault. I hope Steve is here forever as long as I need to get glasses and such, unless he finds a better job or something. Anyways… 10/10 service from everyone especially Steve.
