This was my first time ever using target optical! I was very impressed by how quick, efficient, and clean the office was. They also have a pretty nice selection of frames — I was able to find two pairs that suited me without taking too much time! The prices and deals were also really good. The PEOPLE are what really shine, though. Dr. Fu and the optician, Bri, are total gems. Both are so sweet and kind and seem to really care about giving you the best experience possible. Dr. Fu asked questions I’d never been asked when I shared my contact had seemed blurrier than usual lately and I assumed it meant I needed to go up in power. She communicated with me about the line on astigmatism lenses needing to be oriented towards the bottom and this cleared up my issue! 20+ years wearing contacts and I never knew that lol. Bri is just sunshine in human form and helped me pick frames that felt good, fit well, and had all the bells and whistles. Either way I’m extremely impressed and cannot recommend this location enough.
