I recently visited the Target Optical department and had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to the outstanding service I received from the team member Dhimitra who assisted me she was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. She took the time to ensure all my questions were answered and made the entire process seamless. It is rare to find such a high level of dedicated customer care, and she truly did an amazing job. I highly recommend this location!

Target Optical completely nailed it today! Dhimitra was super friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole visit a breeze. I walked in needing help with my eyes and walked out feeling completely taken care of. If you want great customer service without any of the typical doctor's office stiffness, this is the place to go.

Carlos was very helpful with picking out frames. He made sure I understood the different types of lenses and how they do the measurements. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Kimberly and Carlos were extremely helpful with helping me and my wife when we were selecting new glasses and sunglasses. Even though my eyes were dilated while I completed the process they were very patient and understanding lol

I went in to the optical center not knowing what kind of glasses I was looking for, as I’m very picky. Carlos spent plenty of time helping me try on countless pairs until I found the perfect ones. He was very patient and friendly, and made the whole process very smooth. Amazing customer service, and an awesome new set of glasses coming in. I would definitely recommend!
