Dr. David Yoon was in a hurry. While doing my exam, he did not even bother to change the letters I was reading. I just read the same line of letters off the mirror 5-6 times, and he said my prescription had not changed. The appointment took less than 10 minutes.
Working with Nekole was great! She was knowledgeable and able to help get my glasses ordered efficiently. I would definitely recommend.
My experience was fantastic! I was seen right away by Dr. Haywood. I was impressed by her and technology she used. I was also impressed by Nekole and her professionalism.
Went today to get my appointment and everyone was super nice, very welcoming!! Will definitely come back again, and I’ve been coming here for several years at this point: satisfied every time!
Dr. Bade was excellent. Very professional and also very communicative to our questions and concerns about our eye care. Also seems to be just a genuinely nice person. Also, Crystal and Chad provided excellent service with tending to us finding the perfect pair of glasses that we would be most comfortable with. Highly recommend this optical department at Target. Only issue is getting a hold of them by phone. Quite often there is no answer and the voicemail is full.
