Doctor was amazing! I felt heard! He also did great with my 3 year old, very patient and polite. Steven at checkout was amazing! Helped us sorting out prices and sizes. Ended up leaving with 3 pairs! Definitely staying with them :)
Dr. Pfeifer was pleasant and thorough as always. He answered all my questions about making the jump to progressive lenses. Steve was extremely helpful during my selection and purchase of new glasses. Highly recommend both of them.
Steve at Cedar Rapids Target Optical SAVED THE DAY! I was visiting from out of town and left my contacts 4 hours away. Thankfully he was able to look quickly and find some samples to get me through! Boating weekend saved! So thankful for all target optical has done for their customers!
I came in to this location to double check my sunglasses fit/prescription cause something was off and my other location wasn’t very helpful. Steve was great right away explained the problem and was more then willing to take care of me here and order me a new style to make sure I got taken care of correctly!!! Will definitely make the drive to come back to this location!!!
The Doctor and exam are always 5 stars but getting the notification that my glasses came in hasn't happened for the last 3 years. I called several times and no one answered the phone. I left messages too. They says they phone system is messed up and that the computer shows a text was sent. I know I didn't receive any notifications. I was in thd store when the phone was ringing. They didn't answer it.
