Target Optical

PROS Great location & selection of glasses takes Eyemed insurance no Mass Hlth. Courteous staff members and eye doctor. Service is fast Mostly no wait. Text to pick up your glasses and assurance that your satisfied. CONS Only one issue some things I asked for my rx weren't done but they fixed it immediately and got to lend the pair until they were ready. Lens tend to get dirty really quick initially not sure why. Good thing they give little lens wipes.

I wrote a review literally while I was standing in the store I don’t know where it went, but I feel horrible. I don’t remember his name but the black guy with the glasses he’s always there. He is so amazing his personality, his customer service he literally made my whole day and he deserves a raise! he maintains the lines. He has good customer service he doesn’t get overwhelmed and he’s answering phones in between dealing with people in front of his face all while being alone . one time there was a Spanish Lady (Nice and friendly as well) come on doesn’t get no better than that.

Best eye exam I've ever had. Theresa was very understanding and patient with my terrible explanations. The two lovely people at the front desk (who's names are escaping me) were very lovely and even gave me a bag to replace one I had that ripped. 10/10 experience thank you so much

Both of them are very good, and it was nice to have them assist me in finding the glasses. I'm so grateful to have them assist me. They were very patient, trustworthy, and detailed in their explanations. I highly recommend coming to buy your glasses here.

O’Neil was so great! He fit my glasses and was so knowledgeable!!! He knew so much about which glasses to get for my eye prescription! This location is awesome!
