Terrific experience at Target Optical Troy! The staff is standout and the quality is top-notch. I love my new Ray-Ban Meta glasses! Highly recommend asking for manager Nancy Hay—she makes the process seamless and see Dr. Ayas for your exam. You will not be disappointed! I'm updating my review---after being so pleased with my target optical shopping experience last month, I returned with my spouse today- Another pleasant and overall great experience. Thank you!

Editing my review from before because I have been trying to get my contacts fixed for over two weeks now and every time I call they say they will call me back and they do not. I REALLY like Dr. Ayas. She truly goes above and beyond. I have astigmatism and trying out contacts for the first time and she has done everything to try to get me set up for success! She is very patient with newbies with many questions and thoroughly goes through everything with you. However, trying to get things figured out you would think they would call you back when you specifically tell them they havent called you back. They triple checked my information to just again not call me back. I am so beyond frustrated.

Usually good service here. However, my glasses have been in for a couple of weeks without so much as a text message. I arrived at Target at 9:30am to pick them up. Hours on website and in store state OPEN at 9:00am on a Friday. It’s 10:04. There’s still no one here.

Love working with Dr. Ayas! Takes time with patients and actually listen to what you have to say. The staff is amazing as well they will steer you in the right direction of what you need.

Terrific overall optical experience. I'm first time target optical shopper and picked up my progressive frames/lenses today and everything was perfect. Easy to schedule, pleasant exam experience with Dr. Ayas. All around exceptional customer care- Nancy was very helpful and patient with me while selecting glasses and explaining all of the options available. Pleased with my purchase and I highly recommend Troy Target Optical; I will be a repeat customer, see you next year!
