I am writing to share my appreciation for the excellent service I received at Livonia Target Optical. After a frustrating experience at the Livonia Costco Middlebelt store (see my detailed review), it was incredibly refreshing to find such a professional and capable team at Target Optical. I would specifically like to recognize Alexa (in my photos and approved by Alexa for me to post) for her exceptional assistance. With over 19 years of industry experience, Alexa knew exactly how to address my needs. She helped me with two pairs of glasses— including a pair originally purchased at the Livonia Costco Optical that required correction but Costco Manager refused to help me — and I can finally wear them comfortably. Alexa is a wonderful professional who truly understands how to take care of her customers. My overall experience was both exceptional and seamless. Thank you for having such a dedicated individual on your team.

Amanda was amazing! She worked with my situation and helped me get the glasses I truly wanted and now I am in love with them. Highly recommend this Target Optical location! I will totally be going back here when I want another pair.

I had a great experience at Target Optical. The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, patient, and very helpful with answering my questions and helping me find the right glasses. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt taken care of the whole time. I would definitely recommend Target Optical to anyone looking for great customer service and quality eyewear.

I was so happy that our Target now has a optical shop. The selection is great: high end and budget friendly options. My girls and myself just got glasses from the shop today. The glasses arrived faster than expected and we are all super happy with our purchases. I also really wanted to say how great Alexis was. She got us in and out, was super helpful, answered questions but wasn't pushy, and all in all just gave us a really great experience. You are lucky to have someone so knowledgeable and friendly working for you!
