Target Optical

Dr. Gappy and Sieanna were absolutely phenomenal with their eye services today. I truly felt at home meeting the both of them, and I sincerely appreciate the time they took to explain everything in detail to me. Dr. Gappy was so kind and informative when taking my eye images, and Sieanna was thorough when fitting my glasses and explaining the add-ons. Target optical is definitely my new go-to for eye services! I am personally paying out of pocket, though they do have many health insurance policies that cover eye services! Thank you both so much!

I recently visited Target Optical to pick up my Swarovski glasses and immediately noticed my perception was off. Nathan was incredibly attentive from the start — he quickly acknowledged the issue and made the necessary corrections without hesitation. His professionalism and efficiency made what could have been a frustrating experience completely stress-free. It's rare to find someone who genuinely listens and acts with such care. I stopped into this Target optical location not expecting too much but I was seriously impressed! The department was very organized. Sieanna was the person that helped me. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She was very understanding of my concerns. I have a small face and she worked with me to find frames that looked great! I've never had anyone that really cared like she and her team did! I'll be placing my order on my next payday!

I had such a great experience at this new Target Optical! The store was spotless and easy to navigate. I was helped by a nice young lady named Alexis, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. She was friendly, professional, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and her team.
