When I went into a Super Target today in Champlin Minnesota I had inquired if I could buy a glasses case for my cheap inexpensive reading glasses. The lady there in the optical department was extremely helpful and very friendly. She simply handed me a very nice case a decent one Ray-Ban with a snap down thing on it. I thanked her and asked her if I could give her some money for it. She said no no no but if I wanted to take the card that she handed me and scan the code and put it out there about my pleasant experience I said yeah I will definitely do that. Super nice lady and grateful for people like her.
My wife and I went to the Champlin Target store on Memorial Day so I could purchase some new eyewear. I needed safety glasses, sunglasses and a pair for everyday wear. It was quite a process. The sales person Danielle was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient through it all. I feel like I got good value for the money I spent.
Jared has fixed my glasses several times after my provider failed to correct them properly. He has great customer service and always meets me with a smile. He is funny and engaging and makes every interaction at Target Optical pleasant!
