They were extremely friendly. I was helped promptly even thought all they did was a free adjustment and sunglass cleaning. They helped adjust my sunglasses and were good at exhaling sunglasses maintenance. The girl with the green hair helped me( I apologize I didn’t catch your me.)
Such a weird thing to say, but I had a great time with the staff here. I had picked out some glasses and they guided me to some that were such a better fit! I think that if your looking for a great place for eye care, you wont find anyone with better customer service.
Had a great experience with Target Optical. I initially tried ordering glasses online and ran into more friction than expected. Decided to go into the store and it made a big difference. They walked through everything in person, confirmed the prescription, helped sort through options when there were multiple prescriptions involved, and took precise measurements like eye width that are tough to get right on your own. The in-store support really removed the guesswork. If you’re debating between ordering online or going in, I’d strongly recommend taking the time to visit the store. Much smoother process and better outcome.
JJ and the team take such great care of me - she’s helped me pick out at least 4 styles of frames by now!! Appreciate this Target Optical so much - they’re flexible, helpful and always so kind! 20/10 would recommend!
JJ helped me with my rebate. I had no idea what I was doing. She was incredibly patient and kind. I never would have gotten through this process without her. She's a GEM!
