The staff were incredibly kind and friendly! Amy spent time with my daughter as she learned how to put contacts in for the first time and was a very patient teacher. They explained everything along the way and made the whole process easy and understandable. Scheduling was also very easy, was able to make my appointment online and get in within a few days. Will definitely be back!

Amy and Dawn were so helpful and so friendly. They made it fun to pick out new frames which I never really think is fun but it was like doing it with old friends that you trusted and who gave you great advice. The prescription is perfect and Amy took a lot of time to make sure that they fit me very well before I left. It was a good experience and I would recommend Lakeville optical.

Dawn (and Jade) were both rock stars! I scheduled a last-minute exam, and was able to pop in and take care of business! Dawn was incredibly helpful - and spent a long time working with me to find the right glasses, lenses, and a bonus pair of fancy new sunglasses! I’m a guy with big ol’ boulder-head, and have zero fashion sense, so it was wonderful to have Dawn and Jade help me find my way into some options that looked good. I will be back, and will plan to bring my daughter in for a pair of specs, if she ever needs them. Thanks again, gals!!

The service here was remarkable, I came in for an eye exam and Jade and Dawn helped me out right away; Doctor Mackner was helpful, and kind. After my exam, my prescription was ready and I bought glasses with Dawn and Jade’s assistance. Overall an extraordinary and pleasant experience with the staff as they catered good customer service to me and undoubtedly others!
