Target Optical

This was my third visit to Target Optical and my second year in a row coming here. Every experience has been excellent, which is why I keep coming back. Dr. Tailor is wonderful. She is thorough, professional, and takes the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. A special thank you to Xenia as well! She was so patient, kind, and helpful while we picked out our glasses. She explained our insurance benefits clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Great customer service can be hard to find, and this team consistently goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Dr. Tailor and Xenia, and I look forward to coming back again!

The Target Optical staff is fantastic. They’re so helpful. I was in need of a replacement case for my glasses and they generously gave me a new one. For FREE! They are my go to for all things eyewear. Highly recommend them for the whole family.

Was experiencing eye pain and also had to get my glasses fixed, because I sat on them, so I ran over to the target eye center. They took me with my appointment and got me set up perfectly. Nice and fast AND the woman at the front desk, great eyelashes by the way, fixed my glasses without any charge. Great place!

Came in for my routine exam after missing a year and was speedy and efficient service. Great sale going on for contacts, I almost left to go to my normal place to get contact but they did a great job of sharing the sale information and I ended up saving $ compared to my normal contact provider. Had a great experience at this location! The staff was incredibly polite and took the time to show me a couple of different options, including the Wayfarer Gen 2 and the Ray-Ban Meta Blayzer Optics. I ultimately chose the Blayzers because I needed something comfortable for daily use. The staff was very helpful in explaining how the adjustable nose pads and temple tips would help with all-day wear. They also made the insurance process easy, helping me get them for a great price. Highly recommend!
